Situated on the North West part of the coast of Corfu, positioned on a gently curving bay, in a flat area with green hills rising inland.

The distance from Corfu Town and the airport is about 45 km and you will need about 45 minutes to get to Sidari by car. It is 6.5 Km from the resort of Roda, 5 Km from San Stefanos and ….Km from Paleokastritsa.

It used to be a small fishing village when in the early 80’s it became a popular tourist destination. Once just a collection of houses, the beach resort of Sidari has developed ribbon-like along the road from Corfu Town.

Sidari is just under 2,5 km long and not more than 1 km in width. It is one of the most famous resorts in Corfu and most of the latest developments are family-owned, small-scale apartment blocks with nothing over 3 floors. The small, busy centre has a one-way traffic system. Parts of the beach remain still pleasantly undeveloped. What makes Sidari different and unique are the several little bays with small beaches around the area.

Long, narrow, beaches of sand or pebbles. The sea is often incredibly calm, almost pond-like and shallow for a long way. Sand and pebble coves can be found below the low eroded cliffs to the west. The landscape with the soft rock erosion is very interesting and several little bays around Sidari offer small swimming spaces for large crowds.

Neighboring Canal D’Amour is a smaller resort on top of the unusual soft sandstone cliffs, which have eroded to create numerous inlets and sandy coves, reached by steep ladders. The farthest beaches are less frequented and are useful for gaining all-over tans.

Tradition says that anyone who swims right along the canal will soon meet the partner of his or her dreams. This point is recommended for diving. There are many caves under the canal. Though it is spectacular to look at, attention must be given to small children, as the rocks and cliffs pose a significant danger.

One of the best swimming spots is the Apotripiti Beach at the Canal D’ Amour area , as well as the Sunset beach (Logas beach) in the village of Peroulades.

You can find cafes, fast foods, restaurants and taverns, with Greek, British, Mexican, Indian, Italian and international cuisine, as well as plenty of tourist shops, clothes shops, jewellery stores and small or large supermarkets. Most of the shops remain open until late.

In the daytime a variety of water sports and activities are available at Sidari main beach. Water skiing, banana boat rides, paragliding, parasailing, boat and speed boat hire, pedal-boat hire, and scuba diving are available on reasonable prices. There is also a water park on one end of the resort.

Sidari offers an intense nightlife also. Discos and numerous bars exist, many of which have satellite broadcasting. In Sidari, the holiday maker can rest assured that the entertainment available will fulfill their every desire, so they will never get bored or tired.

A cheap, reliable public bus service runs to Corfu Town, Kassiopi and San Stefanos and numerous boat trips are organized from the local Tourist Offices.

Local excursions can include a full day trip, with a wide choice of coach tours throughout the island, including Corfu Town, Paleokastritsa, Greek archaeological and natural sites and trips to the big water park close to Corfu town.

Other excursions that one can take from Sidari, is the nearby small islands of Mathraki, Othoni and Ericousa which are around 7 miles from the mainland. Boat tours to the islands of Paxos and Greek mainland at Parga are also offered.

Overall, Sidari is a fantastic and safe place to take a holiday suitable for both for singles or families, for quiet or intense holidays; here you will find something for everyone.

  The hotel has a Restaurant (Greek tavern) and it has been running successfully for many years.The restaurant of the hotel is open from 9 am until 11pm, serving breakfast, snacks, evening meals, with excellent service and friendly staff.

  Our pool bar is open from 9am to 6pm. All food and refreshments are available throughout the day, poolside or by the bar.

• PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL & SIDARI SANDY BEACH
  The swimming pool and children’s pool, is open from 9am until 6pm. All the sun beds and the umbrellas around the pool are free of charge for the guests of the hotel.On the main sandy beach, just a few meters away of the hotel you can find: sun beds, umbrellas, water sports, motor boats, pedal boats. To the left of the hotel you will find the famous CANAL D’AMOUR which is known best for its beautiful scenery

Angelina’s Hotel has 50 rooms & apartments for 2, 3 and 4 persons, on ground, first & second floor. Most of them have a pool or garden view from their private balconies. All rooms have 2 single beds which can easily be made into a double, private bathroom with shower, kitchenette with 2 electric rings, fridge, toaster, kettle, satellite TV, Air Conditioning, room service, safe deposit boxes, telephone, free sun beds and umbrellas around the pool area.
